WHERE IT STARTED
Beef was born out of a personal problem that needed a real solution.
When our founder began working out more and increasing daily protein intake, something became clear fast: dairy-based protein shakes weren’t an option anymore. Sensitivity to whey and other dairy products made the majority of available shakes uncomfortable to rely on, even though they dominated the market.
Switching to plant-based protein seemed like the obvious move, but it wasn’t easy.
The macros weren’t great.
The flavor profiles were intense.
The textures felt unfamiliar.
Plant protein didn’t feel like something that could be taken every day, or enjoyed.
So We Started Making Our Own...
Instead of giving up, our founder decided to experiment. The goal was simple: create a shake that was easier to drink consistently, something clean, simple, and effective.
After a year and a half of testing, refining, and drinking homemade versions daily, that effort became the foundation of Beef.
Today, Beef is a plant-based protein shake crafted around:
• 190 calories
• 35g of protein
• A single, clean protein source: brown rice protein concentrate
No unnecessary frills. Nothing that compromises daily consistency.
WHY BEEF EXISTS
Alongside creating a product that personally solved a problem, something bigger became clear:
most people struggle with plant proteins in the same ways, taste, texture, macros, and familiarity.
